Mikala and I knew this was going to be a special wedding when the bride and groom said "We can't tell you how excited we are to have you photograph our wedding." We felt exactly the same after meeting with Amy and Josh - so privileged to play such an important role in their wedding. This beautiful couple are young, committed and focused individuals that are full of love, light and laughter.
Their ceremony was held at one of the Sunshine Coast's best, Noosa's Hidden Grove, was full of both spirituality and enchantment. The kindness and love they both shared with eachother, they also gave so generously to their friends and family who surrounded them.
The arbour that Amy and Josh wed beneath was the epitomy of boho chic and oh so unique. The gorgeous details and design of this wedding were a perfect refelection of this awesome couple.
The Queensland sun shone brightly for the family and bridal party portraits after the ceremony. We had so much fun with this fantastic bunch exploring the natural surroundings of Noosa Main Beach and the lush tropical bushland around it.
Amy and Josh's reception was held at the picturesque Noosa Boat House. The night was topped off with delicous food, hilarious and emotional speeches and some crazy fun dancing between Amy and her twin brother (Josh's Groomsman).

Tranquil Park, Maleny Wedding, Sunshine Coast - Shanae & Kamahl (Brisbane)
Warmth and Happiness exuded from this adorable couple from the moment we first met them. Shannae and Kamahl (Brisbane) are both such genuinely lovely people and so relaxed which made it an absolute pleasure to work with them to capture the special moments of their Maleny, Sunshine Coast Hinterland Wedding.
The views from Tranquil Park, Maleny (the venue where their wedding ceremony and reception were held) are nothing short of magnificent.
After the brisbane-based couple's moving ceremony we set off exploring Maleny with this rad pair and their super fun wedding party. We took all sorts of portraits in two spectacular locations including the naturally beautiful Mary Cairncross Park.
This was a stunning destination wedding and couple surrounded by so many loving family and friends in one of the most epic wedding destinations in the world.

This wedding had it all - tears, laughs, bloopers, an epic Fraser Island sunset, a saturated wedding dress, wooden bow ties, moving speeches, hilarious speeches and most importantly of all a couple that love each other to the moon and back.
Mark and Tara (Brisbane) were destined for each other which was evident in how they were together and how their friends and family spoke about and interacted with them.
We were absolutely honoured to be chosen to document the epic, magical Fraser Island wedding of this awesome Brisbane-based couple. We had so much fun with them from getting ready to their stunning beach ceremony to shenanigans with their rad wedding party and into the night at their moving yet hilarious reception at the gorgeous Kingfisher Bay Resort.
Mark and Tara's generous and super fun vibe certainly attracts their tribe. This is one amazing bunch of people!

Kilmore, Melbourne Wedding - Sunshine Coast, Australian Photographers
When Adam and Michelle asked Mikala and I to photograph their wedding in Kilmore (near Melbourne), Australia we immediately said yes. Then I actually thought about the prospect and became a little nervous. Adam is the guy who mentored and encouraged us to pursue wedding photography seriously.
The nerves were completely unnecessary as this gorgeous pair are so relaxed, so kind and so very generous. We all enjoyed the stunning weather that Michelle's hometown of Kilmore turned on for their epic local church wedding ceremony framed by historic stained glass windows and bluestone walls.
We explored just a few of the thousands of acres of the property the wedding was held on and took some portraits with the wedding party before heading back to a giant shed for the reception. But this was no ordinary shed or reception.
Michelle and Adam along with their family and friends spent months designing, sourcing and creating the decorations that adorned the reception shed. It. was. EPIC. The decked out shed was an amazing reflection of the bride and groom's love and the love that surrounds them. Divine.
